1. Petitioner claims to have applied for registration of a
hotel u/s 3 of the Sarais Act, 1867. It is alleged that such
application of the petitioner has remained pending. A
representation made on 18.11.2024 has also not been
considered and hence this writ petition.
2. Learned Standing Counsel states that grievance of the
petitioner would be got examined by the concerned
respondent i.e. respondent no.2.
3. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to
approach respondent no.2 annexing all materials
including the previous application made for registration of
hotel, together with a copy of this order, before
respondent no.2. Such claim of the petitioner would be
accorded consideration, in accordance with law, within a
further period of two months.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is
disposed of.
