    In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is for the grant of compassionate appointment after the death of his father, who was working in an aided institution.

    Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the claim of the petitioner is against the management of aided institution and as per Section 7 of the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974, all the disputes between the management and employee are to be decided by the Educational Tribunal, Punjab and hence, the petitioner be relegated to avail appropriate remedy before the Educational Tribunal, Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be relegated to the said remedy but prays that the paper book of the present petition be sent to the Educational Tribunal Punjab so that the precious time of the Educational Tribunal is not wasted in completing the pleadings.

    Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the above, petitioner is relegated to avail appropriate remedy before the Educational Tribunal, Punjab. Registry is directed to send the paper book of the present petition to the Educational Tribunal, Punjab. Parties are directed to appear before the Educational Tribunal, Punjab on 08.01.2025.
