Learned Advocate Mr. Ekrama Qureshi on behalf of the petitioners
tenders a copy of an order passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms
and Appeal, Ahmedabad dated 21.09.2024 in Tenancy Revision Case No.
21 of 2023 and having regard to the same it is submitted that the grievance
of the petitioners no longer surviving the petition may be disposed of
accordingly. Having regard to such a request, the order is taken on record.
The petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
