Heard on I.A. No.4426/2024 which is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 13.12.2023. From the perusal of the record and order dated 13.12.2023 it appears that in paragraph 26 of the order, in two places of the same, date of order has been wrongly typed as " order dated 25/30th April, 2024 (Annexure P/2). However, the correct date of order is 25/30th April, 2014 (Annexure P/2). The said anomaly took place due to typographical error. Therefore, the same deserves to be corrected/modified. Therefore, in the interest of justice, application filed vide I.A.No.4426/2024 is allowed and order dated 13.12.2023 is modified to the extent referred above. Rest of the order shall remain intact. At paragraph 26 of the order, the line "order dated 25/30th April, 2024 (Annexure P/2)" be read as "25/30th April, 2014 (Annexure P/2)". The correction is being carried out on the Board.
Remaining part of the order dated13.12.2023 shall remain intact. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dated
