O R D E R
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful

disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1276 of 2023 passed by this Court.
2. The petitioner herein being aggrieved by the inaction of the police in not investigating the complaint registered in Crime No.40 of 2022, filed Crl.O.P.No.1276 of 2023 for direction to complete the investigation and file final report. This Court disposed the said Criminal Original Petition with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of one month. Though, the said order was passed as early as on 23.01.2023, there was no compliance of the order, hence the present contempt petition.
3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the investigation is completed and Referred Charge Sheet filed on 10.01.2024. Since the petitioner was not available in his house, RCS notice has been affixed on the doors of the petitioner's residence.
4. Taking note of the fact that the order of this Court been substantially

complied, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
