ORAL ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction
that the representation preferred by the petitioner be decided
on merits in terms of the order dated 11.12.2023 in Special
Civil Application No.20625 of 2023 passed by this Court.
At the outset, learned AGP Mr. Meet Thakkar submits that
a decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner
on 17.2.2024. A copy of the same has been provided to the
learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the same, Mr. Ekrama Qureshi, learned advocate
for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present Special Civil
Application with a liberty to challenge the order dated 17.2.2024
deciding representation. Permission is granted. The present
Special Civil Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
