Order No: 18 Date:21/05/2024 This case record is taken up for consideration for passing order in this M.A case which has been filed by the complainant no.1 for treating the application dated 16/07/2019 as a part of the complaint petition. This matter has been contested by O.ps.
Heard both sides. Considered submission.
Perused the petition dated 16/07/2019 which is filed by the complainant no1. On close examination of the said petition it appears that the complainant no.1 intends to incorporate additional facts in the petition of complaint by way of filing this application but without adopting the procedure of filing amendment petition. It is crystal clear that the complainant no.1 has filed this M.A. case to avoid the amendment matter and to cause delay in the matter of disposal of the complaint case which is pending since 2018.
Considering all these aspects this M.A. case is dismissed on contest and disposed of. Dictated & corrected by me.
