    EA No.23 of 2022 H.P.S. MAHAL, PRESIDING JUDICIAL MEMBER:-

    Learned counsel for DH has made a statement recorded separately to the effect that DH has received cheques towards full and final settlement, as such, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied. He further prayed for liberty to get the execution application revived, if any cheque gets dishonoured.

    2. In view of above, the present Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and liberty is granted to DH to get the execution application revived, if any cheque gets dishonoured.

    3. Since, the Execution Application has been disposed of, JD No.2-Arun Jindal and JD No.3-Pankaj Gupta are discharged in this case only. Personal bond and surety bond furnished in this case are released.
