objection of maintainability of the petition stating that the
revision would lie against the impugned judgment.
3. Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to
convert this petition into revision.
4. Permission, as sought for, is hereby granted. The petitioner
is directed to submit fresh copy of the petition before the
Registry, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of
this order. Registry shall do the needful in the matter.
