JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P10;
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to solemnize and register the marriage of the petitioners as applied in Ext.P7."
2. However, today when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
I make it clear that all the questions of facts and law raised in the writ petition are left open.
