1. Heard Shri Parijaat Belaura, Ld. Counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajesh Shukla, Ld. Counsel for the respondents.
2. It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the applicant that neither the order dated 08.09.2021 has been complied with nor cost has been deposited by the respondents.
3. Ld. counsel for the respondents, on the other hand, submits that government sanction in the matter is still awaited and file is lying with financial advisor.
4. In the circumstance, respondents are granted four weeks further time to comply with the order and to file affidavit of compliance.
5. It is directed that if the order is not comply within the given time, the officer responsible for implementation of the order shall remain present in the Tribunal on the next date to explain the reason of none compliance.
