Manish Choudhury, J.:— Mr. T. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that an affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent no. 3 will be filed by tomorrow. He has, therefore, prayed that the case be listed after 2 (two) weeks.
2. Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 7 has submitted that an interim order is in operation and the employees of the petitioners are not getting their salaries.
3. List the case two weeks, immediately after the ensuing Bihu vacation, with the said affidavit-in-reply on record.
