Vipul M. Pancholi, J.:— In this application, the applicant has prayed for following reliefs,
“A. Your Lordships may be pleased to declare that the action of the opponent no. 5 in issuing the impugned show cause notices dated 30.06.2018 under section 135D of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879 as being in violation and defiance of this Hon'ble Court's oral order dated 15.06.2018 passed in Special Civil Application no. 8909 of 2018;
B. Your Lordships may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned show cause notices dated 30.06.2018 under section 135D of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879 as being in violation and defiance of this Hon'ble Court's oral order dated 15.06.2018 passed in Special Civil Application no. 8909 of 2018;
C. Pending admission and final hearing of the present petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the impugned show cause notices dated 30.06.2018 issued by the City Survey Superintendent, Sihor under section 135D of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879 in respect of the subject property; and
D. xxx xxx xxx.”
2. Heard learned Senior Counsel, Shri Shalin Mehta assisted by learned advocate, Mr. Aditi Raol for the applicant and learned AGP Mr. K.M. Antani for the respondent nos. 1 to 5.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the applicant that in Special Civil Application No. 8909/2018, this Court has passed an order on 15.06.2018, whereby this Court has directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the possession and use of the subject-matter property, known and identified as “Darbargadh of Sihor”. It is submitted that after the aforesaid order was passed by this Court, now the respondent authority has issued notice under Section 135D of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code on 30.07.2018. It is submitted that once the petition is pending before this Court and this Court has granted status quo with regard to the use of the subject-matter property, the impugned notice may also be stayed.
4. I have considered the averments made in the application as well as submissions canvassed by learned advocates appearing for the parties. Considering the same, the present application is allowed. Therefore, as the petition is pending before this Court, the impugned notices dated 30.06.2018 are hereby stayed till final disposal of the main petition being Special Civil Application No. 8909/2018.
