1. Petitioner jailed in Nashik Road Central Prison by letter dated 22 July, 2013, has requested for his production before the Trial court on scheduled date.
2. Learned APP is seeking time to verify the facts.
3. As the matter has come before this Court almost after six years, we are not willing to adjourn the matter. However, if trial is still pending, we direct the Respondent/State to produce the prisoner in that trial on the next scheduled date. The prisoner can make other grievances before the said Trial Court in accordance with law.
4. With this observation we dispose of the Petition.
5. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail.
