1. Certain proposal has been made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the ‘Liberty House Group Pte. Ltd.’. we have also discussed the matter.
2. Counsel for the Appellant is allowed to submit an Affidavit giving therein its unconditional and unqualified proposal showing time frame for implementation of the plan by 9 January, 2020, after serving a copy each of the same on Ms. Misha, learned counsel for the ‘Committee of Creditors’ appearing with Mr. Joy Saha, learned Senior Counsel for the ‘Committee of Creditors’ and Ms. Sreenita Ghosh, counsel for the Liquidator. They may file their respective replies by 14 January, 2020.
3. Post the case ‘for orders’ on 17 January, 2020 on the top of the list.
