Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court of Additional District Judge, Faridabad to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. filed by revisionist Patel-L&T Consortium and the objection with regard to the maintainability of petition under Section 14 of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order in that Court.
