1. Heard Mr. Mundargi, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Shinde, learned A.P.P. for Respondent No. 1-State.
2. Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 20 December, 2017.
3. Till then, in the event of arrest in the subject crime, the Appellant shall be released on bail on executing PR. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
