Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2 Respondent to restore the power supply to the Petitioner unit bearing Service Connection No. 5316-00086 situated in Survey Nos. 146 & 147, Balapur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District forthwith, pending disposal of the present WP No. 2260 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

2. Sri. R. Vinod Reddy takes notice on behalf of 2 respondent.
3. The counsel for petitioner(s) shall take out personal notice to 3 respondent by way of Registered Post Acknowledgment Due (R.P.A.D.) and file proof of service into the Registry.
4. Having regard to the ‘No Objection Certificate’ issued by the 3 respondent in the declaration (Ex.P.2) dt. 09.11.2015, there shall be interim direction as prayed for.
