Today, also appellants are not present nor represented. The notice had been issued specifically conveying the adjourned date of hearing of today i.e. 11.2.2019 and conveying that this is the last chance. The address to which notice has been sent is same as indicated by the appellants in the appeal form Appeal No.ST/372/2012 ST-5 filed by them.
