Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and there is an interim order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, this MA may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh MA execution after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, if occasion arises for doing so.
