Learned counsel for respondents has raised an objection that this Tribunal has no jurisdiction over the matter as this is governed by the conditions of insurance which does not fall within the definition of ‘service conditions’. This has already been upheld by us in the case of Ex CpI Ashok Kumar v. Air Force Group Insurance Society bearing TA No. 315/2009 decided on 01.12.2009. Therefore, this Tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain the present matter. Same is dismissed on the ground of jurisdiction with no order as to costs.
