1. Advocate Mr.S.N.Chichbankar is present for the complainants in all these four complaints. Advocate Mr.Chaitanya Kulkarni is present for opposite party No.1 in all these four complaints. Advocate Mr.C.U.Deopujari is present for opposite party No.2 in all the these four complaints. Mr.Vilas Aanadrao Kale the father in law of the complainant Mr Goutam Nerkar and as his representative is present in complaint No.15/25 and complainant Suniti Vilas Kale is present in complaint No.15/28. Mr.Vilas A.Kale the representative of complainant Aneeta Patel in complaint No.15/98 is present. Shri A.N.Bhaduri the power of attorney holder of opposite party No.1 is also present in all complaints. The advocate Mr.Chichbankar, advocate Mr.Chaitanya Kulkarni and the aforesaid parties have filed joint compromise pursis under their signatures in each of four complaints. They also filed annexure Nos.1, 2 and 3 alongwith the said joint compromise pursis in each of the aforesaid four complaints. The aforesaid parties and their advocates admitted before this Commission that they have arrived at the compromise as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the said compromise pursis.
2. We are also satisfied that both the parties to these four complaints have settled their dispute as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise pursis filed today. Therefore we accept the aforesaid joint compromise pursis alongwith annexures in all these complaints. The advocate of the opposite party No.3 has not signed the aforesaid pursis but he submitted that he has no objection if the said compromise is recorded and accepted.
3. We therefore hold that all these four complaints deserve to be disposed of in terms of the said compromise pursis. Accordingly all these four complaints are disposed of in terms of the said compromise pursis. The said compromise pursis shall form the part of the present order. The parties to the compromise shall act as per the said compromise pursis.
