2. Sri. Tarun Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant is present.
3. The appeal is listed under Chapter XII, Rule 4 for non performance of order of the Court as to the taking up steps. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to ascertain the present address of respondent nos. 2 and 3. Appreciating the request of learned counsel for the appellant 10 days time is granted for ascertaining the correct address of the said respondents.
4. Steps may be taken within that time through registered post A.D as well as ordinary process server.
5. Office is directed to issue notice after taking up the steps on record, returnable within thirty days.
