The present revision has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff/petitioner in a suit for declaration and permanent injunction, for expeditious hearing of an application dated July 11, 2017 for restoration of a status quo ante.
In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite party is deemed necessary.
C.O. No.2980 of 2018 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fifth Court at Howrah, to dispose of the application filed by the 2plaintiff/petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for restoration of status quo ante, in Title Suit No.547 of 2017, pending in the said court, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either side, positively within October 10, 2018.
The petitioner will communicate this order to the court below as well as to the opposite party and/or learned advocate appearing for the opposite party in the court below immediately upon the website copy of this order being available.
Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary requisite formalities.
There will be no order as to costs.
