HON'BLE Mrs.P.GOPINATH, ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER This Review Application is filed against the closing of C.P.No.180/00083/2014 in O.A.No.919/2011 by common order dated 8.7.2015. The above Contempt Petition was filed on 4.9.2014 in which the respondents had filed a reply affidavit stating that Review Petition No.739/2014 was pending before the Hon'ble High Court and therefore the Contempt Petition may not be proceeded further. Thereafter the said RP No.739/2014 was dismissed by judgment dated 6.4.2015.
2. In the circumstance, the Review Application is allowed. Paragraph
