BY HON'BLE MRS. SHYAMA DOGRA, MEMBER (J):- Heard the learned counsel for the Review applicants. After perusal of the order passed by Honble Supreme Court vide Annexure A-13, this Review Application stands disposed of with liberty to the present applicants to offer relevant explanation in the Contempt Petition pending in this Court. Relevant part of the Annexure A-13 reads as under: The Special Leave Petition is dismissed on the ground of delay of 577 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that delay was on account of the fact that the order of the Tribunal was only for verification and taking further action an error and now it is being treated as the contempt and therefore they have filed the Special Leave Petition. If that is so, they should offer that in the explanation in the contempt petition before the same court and not here.
With the said observation, the SLP is dismissed. Therefore, this Review Application is not maintainable in terms of directions given by the Apex Court and the same stands disposed of. No costs.
In view of the orders passed in this R.A, no orders are required to be passed in M.As 1050 & 1061/11. Copy Dasti.
