HONBLE MR. SANJEEV KAUSHIK, MEMBER(J):- 1.This matter is cognizable by a D.B., which is not available today. However, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties the same is taken up for hearing.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3.Mr. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the present O.A. has been rendered infructuous as the relief claimed by the applicant in the present O.A. has been granted to the applicant.
4.Sh. Thakur, the learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of letter dated 6.2.2013, which is taken on record to indicate that the prayer of the applicant for declaration of his result of trade test for Mate (SS) to Meter reader category has been acceded to.
5.Mr. Sandeep Siwatch, Advocate, holding the brief of Sh. Shailendra Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents very fairly conceded that the present O.A. has become infructuous.
6.The O.A. shall stand disposed of accordingly, on consensual basis.
