(DELIVERED BY HONBLE MS. JASMINE AHMED, MEMBER (J)) Shri Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant. Shri A. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. By way of this original application filed under section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act 1985, the applicant is claiming employment with the respondents. In this regard it is the contention of the applicant that he kept on giving representations from the year 1996 till 2009 and waiting for the decision of the respondent for getting an appointment in a suitable post as per his qualification, but till date no decision has been taken on those representations given by him. It is also the contention of the applicant that he has also approached high dignitaries for his appointment but that also bore no fruit.
3. The case is pertaining to the year 1996. The applicant instead of giving repeated representations and waiting for the outcome of those representations for such a long time should have been approached the legal forum long back.
4. This case is badly barred by limitation and suffers from delay and latches. Hence the original application is dismissed. No Costs. Member-J /ns/
