1. This is an application on behalf of the State of Goa, Respondent No. 9, seeking deletion of its name from the array of the parties as respondent. On the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, two weeks time is granted to file counter. One week thereafter to the Respondent No. 9 to file rejoinder.

This is an application, seeking impleadment of the Goods and Services Tax Council, represented through Chairperson, Office of the GST Counsel Secretariat, New Delhi; the Chief Commissioner of Goods and Services Tax, West Bengal and the Senior Joint Commissioner, Large Tax Payer Unit, GST, Government of West Bengal, as respondents.
3. We are informed that the Chairperson of the GST Council is the Union Finance Minister and also that the GST Council is represented through the Secretary, a party Respondent in other connected petitions.
4. We issue notice to the Chief Commissioner of Goods and Service Tax and the Senior Joint Commissioner, Large Tax Payer Unit, GST, Government of West Bengal, on the addresses supplied by the Petitioner, subject to deposit of requisites, returnable on 11.04.2018
