H.C. Gupta v. Competition Commission Of India

Heard learned counsel for the parties on the interlocutory application filed by the appellant and perused the record.

Both the learned counsel fairly stated that the main matters may be taken up for final hearing.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel I direct that the appeal be listed for final arguments on 6th February, 2015.

In the meanwhile the parties shall comply with interim order dated 9th May, 2014 in its letter and spirit. It is, however, made clear that if the appellant takes any action to take advantage of the interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal the Commission shall be free to bring the relevant facts to the notice of the Tribunal by filing an application or by the oral mentioning.

The interlocutory application is disposed of in the matter indicated above.
