iii) Complete set of the service book

iv) Reason why the service book has not yet been transferred to DAV SSS No 2

    v) All letters/documents of the personal file

vi) Reason why the GPF has not yet been transferred to DAV SSS No. 2

vii) Record of CL consumed in 2008, 2009 and 2010

viii) How many times he had requested to permit for NOC. All letters related to NOC, copy of the NOC issued and demanded, records of work and conduct, vigilance report, integrity from 1.5.08 to 30.6.10 and ACRs 2008, 2008-09 and 2009-10 duly attested by E.O/DDE

The PIO replied on 19.9.11 stating that the information demanded is quite voluminous and that it will take some more time to supply the same. In this connection, he also enclosed a copy of the letter dt. 17.9.11 written by the General Secretary of Hindu Shiksha Samiti. On not receiving any further response, the Applicant filed a complaint dt. 4.10.11 before CIC.

    DECISION

    2. The Commission on perusal of the submissions on record noted that the information sought is exactly same to that sought in case No. CIC/AD/A/2011/002581, the only difference being the Public Authority from whom information is being sought, holds that the decision in the earlier case will apply in this case too. Accordingly, the PIO is directed to collect the information sought by the Appellant from the Hindu Shiksha Samiti and provide the same to the Appellant by 28.02.2012

    3. The appeal is disposed off with the above direction.
