Despite service no one appears for the respondents. It appears that since the instant appeal is covered by our decision rendered in appeal nos. 139-142 of 2006, 144 of 2006, 151-156 of 2006, 207 of 2006, 216-218 of 2006, 239-240 of 2006 and 10, 11 & 23 of 2007 dated June 13, 2007, the respondents have not chosen to appear before us. In the circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms of our judgment dated June 13, 2007 rendered in appeal nos. 139-142 of 2006, 144 of 2006, 151-156 of 2006, 207 of 2006, 216-218 of 2006, 239-240 of 2006 and 10, 11 & 23 of 2007.
