02/18.03.2017 Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sundar Pahari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012 corresponding to G. R. No. 1053 of 2012 (S. T. No. 07 of 2013) registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code later on added Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that the petitioner was identified in Test Identification Parade but although the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2012 no progress has been made in the trial.
In view of the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Godda, in connection with Sundar Pahari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012 corresponding to G. R. No. 1053 of 2012 (S. T. No. 07 of 2013).
