The petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot her plot under the oustees quota.
It is the case of the petitioner that vide notifications dated 2.3.1993 and 1.3.1994, issued under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, respectively, her land measuring 18 Marlas, situated in the revenue estate of Taraf Afgan, Tehsil and District Panipat, was acquired for development and untilisation of Sector 24, Panipat. It is the further case of the petitioner that in spite of the requests made by her, the respondents did not consider her claim for allotment of plot under the oustees policy of the State Government. In this regard, a representation dated 3.1.2012, copy of which is available on record as Annexure P-3, was submitted by the petitioner to the Estate Officer, HUDA, Panipat (respondent No. 3 herein), which has not been considered and decided till date.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Administrator, HUDA, Rohtak (respondent No. 2 herein), to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 3.1.2012 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months, by passing a speaking order.
