Order
1. SLP (C) No. 7025 of 2003 be delinked and listed separately.
2. Within a period of four weeks from date, both Municipal Corporation of Delhi as also New Delhi Municipal Council shall submit their separate status reports along with charts in regard to the implementation of the schemes not only in general but also with reference to the applications of the applicants before us.
3. Municipal Corporation of Delhi and New Delhi Municipal Council, in their status reports, shall also specify as to how many Ward Vending Committees have been constituted and who are the members thereof. Municipal Corporation of Delhi and New Delhi Municipal Council shall furthermore file detailed affidavits within the aforementioned period inter alia stating as to how many Ward Vending Committees and the appellate committees have been functioning and how many applications or appeals have been placed before them and/or disposed of by them.
4. Copies of the said status reports as also the charts, which may be filed for passing further orders, may be handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants in the respective IAs, who would be at liberty to file their responses thereto, with their separate charts, if any. Parties shall file their written submissions within two weeks thereafter. By the next date fixed, compliance with the earlier orders by Municipal Corporation of Delhi as also by New Delhi Municipal Council shall also be made.
5. Let the matter appear six weeks hence.
