1. Applicant by this application has prayed that the order dated 25.11.2008 may be quashed and respondents may be directed to consider the case of the applicant and grant disability pension to the applicant from the date of discharge w.e.f. 30.06.1987 as per rules and regulations on the subject. 2. Applicant was enrolled in the Army in Signal Unit on 04.07.1956 and he was transferred to 124, Infantry Battalion and served with the Territorial Army upto 25.05.1979. He thereafter joined Defence Security Corps on 16.05.1987 and was medically examined and was found free from any disease. Applicant was discharged from service on 30.06.1987 being placed in low medical category due to the disease CAD Actual Wall Mycrodial Infraction and he was not granted disability pension. Applicant submitted that he filed an Appeal on 03rd October, 2008 against the order of discharge dated 30.06.1987 which was rejected. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that now he may be sent to the Medical Board for resurvey which is extremely belated after 23 years. Applicant waited for being sent to the Medical Board again for resurvey which is absolutely and inordinately belated. Hence, we cannot interfere in such a belated petition. Same is dismissed.
