    Sujoy Paul, J.:— Heard.

    2. Shri S.K Shrivastava advanced singular contention. He submits that petitioner was dismissed from service by order dated 17.08.2006, Annexure P-7. This punishment was based on the judgment of Criminal Case No. 4/1996 dated 30.12.2005 However, ultimately petitioner succeeded in Criminal Appeal No. 782/2011 and the Apex Court by judgment dated 23.03.2015 set-aside the judgment of the Trial Court and the High Court. He submits that the very foundation on which he was dismissed from service does not survive pursuant to judgment of Apex Court. Resultantly, he filed a detailed representation/appeal, Annexure P-9, dated 27.03.2015 which is pending consideration before respondent No. 1. It is prayed that the said respondent be directed to decide it expeditiously.

    (i) Petitioner shall resubmit the said representation along with copy of this order before respondent No. 1.

(ii) In turn, the said respondent shall consider and decide it by a reasoned order within 45 days. Outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

    5. Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
