Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17202 : CALIFORNIA BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE — GENERAL BUSINESS REGULATIONS — PRESERVATION AND REGULATION OF COMPETITION — ENFORCEMENT — Grant of specific or preventive relief

Notwithstanding Section 3369 of the Civil Code, specific or preventive relief may be granted to enforce a penalty, forfeiture, or penal law in a case of unfair competition.
