Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93 § 5 : ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT — REGULATION OF TRADE — REGULATION OF TRADE AND CERTAIN ENTERPRISES — Monopolies

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to monopolize, or attempt to monopolize or combine or conspire with any other person or persons to monopolize any part of trade or commerce in the commonwealth.
