Minn. Stat. § 325D.51 : TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION — RESTRAINT OF TRADE —COMBINATIONS INRESTRAINT OF TRADE — UNREASONABLE RESTRAINT OF TRADE OR COMMERCE

A contract, combination, or conspiracy between two or more persons in unreasonable restraint of trade or commerce is unlawful.
