La. Stat. tit. 40 § 2175.1 : REVISED STATUTES — PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY — STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH —A - LICENSING OF OUTPATIENT ABORTION FACILITIES — Short title

A. This Part may be cited as the "Outpatient Abortion Facility Licensing Law".
B. The provisions of R.S. 40:1061.8 shall apply to this Part.
