Ind. Code § 9-19-1-4 : MOTOR VEHICLES — MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT — GENERAL PROVISIONS AND EXEMPTIONS —19-1-4 - Operation of noncomplying vehicle

Except as otherwise provided in this article, a person may not operate or move upon a highway a vehicle or combination of vehicles that are not constructed or equipped in compliance with this article.
