Wyo. Stat. § 5-9-111 : COURTS — CIRCUIT COURTS — GENERAL PROVISIONS —9-111 - Qualifications for appointment

(a) To be eligible for appointment to the office of judge of a circuit court, a person shall be:
(i) A qualified elector of the state; and
(ii) Authorized to practice law in Wyoming.
