Md. Code, Lab. & Empl. § 8-503 : LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT — UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE — LOWER APPEALS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING, AND REGULATION —503 - Jurisdiction

The Lower Appeals Division shall hear and decide appeals from:

(1) the determinations of the claims examiners; and
(2) review determination decisions.
