Cal. Wat. Code § 13374 : CALIFORNIA WATER CODE — WATER QUALITY — COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT AS AMENDED IN 1972 — "Waste discharge requirements" defined

The term "waste discharge requirements" as referred to in this division is the equivalent of the term "permits" as used in the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended.
