Fla. Stat. § 363.05 : Railroads And Other Regulated Utilities — Telegraph And Cable Companies — Attorney's fee

Any person recovering the penalty specified in, or any damage under, ss. 363.02-363.04 shall be entitled to recover, in addition thereto, 10 percent of the amount so recovered as attorney's fees.
