Code 30, § 304 : State Taxes — Department Of Finance — General Provisions — Expenses of Department personnel Date: 24 Jul 2016 TEXT PDF Current through 2016 Legislative Session, Act 399 The Tax Appeal Board and the officers and employees of the Department of Finance shall be entitled to receive from the State their actual and necessary expenses while engaged in the performance of their duties. All expense accounts shall be made in detail and shall be approved by the Secretary of Finance. The total shall in no case exceed the sums appropriated therefor. Del. C. § 304 36 Del.
