California Revenue And Taxation Code — Other Taxes — Determinations — Reports And Payments — Distributor's report with respect to distribution of cigarettes and purchases of stamps and meter register units Date: 15 Sep 2016 TEXT PDF Current through the 2016 Legislative Session (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), a distributor shall file, on or before the 25th day of each month, a report in the form as prescribed by the board, that may include, but not be limited to, electronic media with respect to distributions of cigarettes and purchases of stamps and meter register units during the preceding month and any other information as the board may require to carry out this part.
