(b) "Department" means the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. (c) "Director" means the Director of Fair Employment and Housing. (d) "Person" includes one or more individuals, partnerships, associations, corporations, limited liability companies, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, and receivers or other fiduciaries.
