(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021.

An Act to amend the Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980. Wuereas it is expedient to amend the Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, Wil arrose 0 .for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India, by theLegislature of West Bengal, as follows:— Short title and 1. (1) This Act may be called the Howrah Municipal Corporation (Amendment) commencement. A t 2024 ct, .
